for new acts of leadership.
The sole 'command and control' view of leadership is more and more problematic for complex
organisations where fast moving decisions are required. In my eyes, in order to be most effective, organisations require
leadership that is more widely distributed.
With a new approach to leadership development focussing on empowerment,
I support the organisation’s renewal and success. With experience of designing and facilitating tailor made solutions,
e.g. leadership simulations, I am able to improve virtual teams, innovation capabilities and major culture and change processes.
